Anyone using 3rd party software for managing AdWords?

I just heard about adCore which is free to use and wanted to know if anyone has used any 3rd party software?
Is it safe? adCore claims that you can improve cost/conversion goals for existing campaigns. And if you have a datafeed, they can build a whole campaign for you based on excel or xml data feeds...

Any advice?
