I know about Pay per click (PPC) (also called Cost per click) is an Internet advertising model used to direct traffic to websites.
but any one tell me how to create PPC in my own site so please tell me which step can be done either by PPC

If you want to apply this for your own website you need to create account on Google adwords for Google PPC. you need to attach your account there for the billing. You need to have the right keywords for the ads. they must have the high search result to get the right and high traffic for the website. Activate Account on Google adword and create campaign. There you can promote your keyword but you have to pay.
