PR and ALexa, which is more important?

The pr of my site is 0, but the alexa is 854172, I found that some shopping site have the pr 3 with only alexa 6453247....what is more important?

First you need to know about page rank and alexa rank. Page rank show the reputation of the website where as alexa rank show the present traffic situation for your site whether it has increased or decreased.
If you found your alexa rank less than before , it means that your site traffic increase than before.
And if page rank increased then it means that your site be more reputed and hold more quality than before.
As both are different in feature so both has its value.
