Send a message via MSN to totodeal
1.talk to the webmaster about the issues.
2.submit their site to search engine reporting it's violation of your rights.
3.take them to the court.

Taking someone to court is expensive, if you don't have an attorney then write your own cease and desist and send it to them, make it look professional and hopefully that will scare them and they will stop. You can also contact their host provider and let them know that they are publishing copyrighted material
