some one has stolen my contents what can i do against him and how i can make it?????

I would start by contacting them directly and advising them you are aware of their activities. You can then further advise them that if they don't remove it immediately, you will be taking legal action. In many cases that should be enough. See what happens, and we can discuss it further if not resolved.

John is right, start off gentle. Advice them that you will take action if they do not remove your content. If they don't you can contact their site host and report it as a second step.

NealMorgan is right talk to them politely and only if your content was copy written that you can send legal notice or something like that. So act wisely and only after all the details are clear.

You can contact their Web Host and ask for assistant. Just give the detail and They will do the rest.
