Hey Friends,

I am in PK right now and planning to move US, I am running my own company here now want to start new company in US with same name. Please tell me what are the legalities.

I think that you should have deep perusal of foreign business policies of both authorities. Definitely you will find the right path. In addition to all these please has a consent from a lawyer of particular stream.

I would imagine that a lawyer who is knowledgeable in international law would be invaluable here. I wouldn't try to do this yourself, but instead make sure to get competent legal help.
