How to form Company as an Foreign Entity

Hey Friends,

I am in PK right now and planning to move US, I am running my own company here now want to start new company in US with same name. Please tell me what are the legalities.

I think that you should have deep perusal of foreign business policies of both authorities. Definitely you will find the right path. In addition to all these please has a consent from a lawyer of particular stream.

If you are going to start business transactions in the state other than the state in which you are currently doing business, then you must file for foreign entity with the hosting state (in which you want to conduct business). I would imagine that a lawyer who is knowledgeable in international law would be invaluable here. I wouldn't try to do this yourself, but instead make sure to get competent legal help.

I agree with you. guess this is really need for things to be done before you can start.but never start for your self.
