Is it fine to make the content about a personality which is offensive?
I am asking this because since it's illegal in real life i think it might be same on internet.
You can write content about whatever you want. You can write about a personality, as long as you don't add pics of that person or their name. Using names, dates and places can land you in hot water, and that is libel. So, if you avoid that, you should be ok.
