Default Welcome to Television Infomercials

I've lost lots of money placing infomercials onto my local cable TV system, and have decided that "having a slice of the pie is better than not getting any at all", (a slogan I learned from a former girlfriend).

So, after some careful thought and consideration, it was decided to do a Joint Venture (JV) with other "small fries" who don't want to spend thousands of dollars on TV and not be sure it's worth it.

I don't need the whole pie, only a slice of it, and now need to locate others willing to settle for a slice too. So I've invested in sales letter templates software and have been working on a JV to accomplish all of the above. Figured if the total cost could remain under say, $200.00, a few people would be interested. Especially those who have been on TV and are aware of the costs involved. And we're not talking about cheap spots here, either.

You see, cheap spots are cheap for a reason. The audience is small therefore the demand for them is low. A campaign of hundreds of cheap TV spots, even if they're targeted to a niceh audience isn't going to reach enough of the market to help unless it's combined with spots that reach a large audience.

One of the benefits of my proposed plan is that we only do prime-time television. And, another benefit is that we market on the Top-10 cable networks. I'm designing a plan for say 3 times on prime time for under $200.

There are some problems I've been made aware of, and that includes the way my website is constructed. Like many other television related sites, we offer more than one TV program. It's been said that affiliates don't want to promote a site that has other products. Being new to affiliate marketing, I don't know. Truth is, clickbank owes me about $20 for my one and only afiliate sale. And I bought the product for my own use, anyway. Glad I did.

I don't know what else to say to introduce myself, and about telling you what I'm about, so if there are any questions comments free advice or criticisms, you all know how to respond to this introduction. I hope to learn enough to have a successful online business, and to make some long-term relationships with some of you.

Instead of reinventing the wheel, can you tell me where to find JV's for television infomercials?

And anything else you know about doing TV.

I don't actually do JV's or deal with anything much to do with TV, so I don't really know where the best places would be, sorry.

Have you maybe tried going to sites that deal with TV and asking them for JV's? Most probably you have already done this though.

I done some quick research and found some sites that deal with televisions infomercials here. Maybe you could ask some of them if they would do a JV with you.

Good luck!

Have you ever heard of a JV television infomercial? I've not seen them being promoted over on clickbank.
