Can anybody tell which is the best online html editor?

why dont you just edit in notepad or pnotepad? why would you need an online html editor?

There are lots of HTML editiors are available like...
htmlgoodies, htmlcodetutorial, WYSIWYG HTML editor etc.

i have worked on ms front page as a html editor i have no idea about online html editor
