Photosop is the best for photo editing. Everything from color, lighting. Photo manipulation. Optimizing photos for web. Its the professional standard for photo editing. I have seen that aperature is starting to pick up, but thats more just for adjusting levels, etc. on a photo and not manipulation of it.
