Advantages of G+ against FB?

What are the advantages/features of Google+ against Facebook? Can you sight some of these advantages?
I believe its the G+ hangouts.

I just starts using Google Plus and have less idea about Google Plus but I know that facebook is best and worlds famous social networking website that are helping more in creating a hugs of traffic at your web pages profile.

But I don't have more idea about Google Plus now, if some one have then please share in this post.
