Default How do I delete my web pages from Google index?

How do I delete my web pages from Google index?
Hello, I recently imported into another forum, one of my forum database. I want to start from scratch the old. I have successfully transferred to the new forum for all posts and threads, but the old forum and now have 0. Now, when I do site: oldforum.com, it still shows all the articles, I want to know if my new forum posts will be considered a duplicate. Is there anyway I can Google my old forum site? I deleted all from the Google Sitemaps and Webmaster tools.

When Google Bot comes next time to your old forum sites, it will know that this site has be deleted. So your new forum site will not be considered as duplicate. But make sure that your old site was completed deleted from the database.
