Your opinion on Google Indexing

I am new to this forum and I am posting certain quarries that I am struggling with. Though I am not a professional in the area I do not have certain basics of the websites for my knowledge. I have already started with this for sure. With my websites I am having certain issues and I need some help so that I can feel stuck. I am able to find the site on the page when I am browsing it in Google from my computer and with internet explorer where as I am getting it in Page 3 while searching from Safari, is there anyone who can guide me with the difference?

The issue is ranking fluctuations, there are certain factor that affect your SERP rankings,
- Personalized search (you are logged into your Google account)
- Your geographic location
- Busy data centers
- Browser settings

For the Searching - you can make sure you always check the same way...
* Logged out of G Accounts
* Opted out of Personal Search
* Use the same computer
* Use the same browser
* Use the same Search page
* Use the same Search settings

That should help reduce the likelyhood of "bias" interfering.
