your way of thought will be wrong.

Google will consider both do-follow and no-follow back links and with page rank most important too.

No one would ever know why Google does not crawl and index nofollow back links. Yahoo has its own standard of giving importance to back links, Google does, too. One person might disagree with another person's opinion, and we would never know who is right and who is wrong. We would never figure that out as only Google employees know that.

Google consider both but page rank does not pass in no follow link

While Google actually created the "follow" and "nofollow" tags, they do give some credit to nofollow links.

Besides, the lining profile of a site would look very manufactured if it didn't have a certain amount of no follow links as that appears more natural.

Google is consider only Dofollow link but not consider Nofollow link because Google search engine algorithms is not consider nofollow links.

because if you need to avoid impact of spam link or content of page at your website then Nofollow concept is help full.

Nofollow- means they do not want the search engine bots and spiders (that analyse websites) to follow the links AND treat them as a kind of recommendation from the orginal site.

It is not like that, Google will consider Nofollow links but the things is it won't follow up the link and pass link juice. But it drives traffic to the site.

As per my knowledge and I have read it somewhere that Site owner uses No Follow tag to tell google spider not to crawl it just visit and go without indexing it.

Generally such link are only for increasing traffic but not give any link juice. There are many blogs or site on which many folks just do comment only for promoting their own site and do spamming also so in this cases moderator of that site gives NoFollow link so that google get to know that this just for visit only and not for indexing.

I think this might be one reason.
