Default Differences in Google Indexing

I知 a newbie to this discussion website and so I am posting a few questions that I have struggling to find the right answers with. I知 not an expert in this matter but I do have a few basic website knowledge. I just started with the entire SEO. I have been facing a lot of concerns regarding my website. Some guidance is all I need to find the right answers. I知 capable of finding my site at the 5th page when I browse with Google on my PC using internet explorer. But I see my website on page 3 when I search using Safari. I wonder why there are differences here. Please help me.

hmmm, strange... are both browsers displaying the same amount of results per page?

are you using the same network on both computers? ie any chance that there could be some geolocation stuff going on?

Every search engine uses different algorithm in ranking a site. And same as in web browser. Your ranking in a keyword in browser A might differ in ranking in browser B.

This is strange, maybe you should delete the Google Search Memory at both two explorers then check again. Google can remember the websites you often visit and give them good rank on your explorer when you search certain keywords.
