Enhancement of Google Adwords Feature: How true is it?

I have been hearing a lot of people talking about how Google Adwords has been improved and modified. Is there any basis for us to believe that this is true? Can anyone give us concrete evidence that it really has happened? Well, this could be a big convenience if it really was true because it will give more effectiveness to the results that clients of Google Adwords are getting. I am just thinking; is it the sponsored links page that have been boosted up or another part of the whole system. It will really be good if someone who has knowledge about this can give statements.

On my niche, I tried several times the effectiveness of Adwords and it gave me around 5 to 10 % more visitors than before.
My personal opinion, for a small and limited niche:
Adwords doesn’t’ worth the money.
For a bigger niche I don’t know.

Google Adwords being most popular... it's using for keywords analysis & PPC.

I like also adword keyword tool... I want to Adword PPC
