If you want to be an effective web site, is quite a lot of SEO strategies can be formulated. Promoting your site is an area that should not worry so much. Strategies, such as sending your site to Google, MSN, Yahoo and other major search engines may also try. Among other things, the claims of the directory, the article argues that the press release of the forums, social bookmarking, and so should be used. In order to get your site noticed on search engines, these methods are very useful. What do you think of these techniques? Do you use them?

Of course I use them and I can't imagine another way of working with sites if we speak about SEO.

as we know that there are lots of competitors in seo or in web any field but in seo we should make new strategy to promote our sites in Google or yahoo and so on search engines.

Keyword-rich text.
Information/site architecture and page layout

I am doing above activity also doing some other activity which are video submission, PPT Submission and comment posting, Blog creating and many other activity.

First, start with the content, for example, the content of your site is very important for Google. Together with the content start doing on page optimisation and only after that off page. Good luck to you.

Just few of them. I started a new blog recently, and i don't do any seo work, but google indexed it on the following day. Really bothers me, i even didn't write a proper robots.txt for it. Now it indexed many tags, categories and other useless stuff, hope it will not get any bad effect.
