Question How to submit site to Google search engine?

I'm working on a site about Windows 7 now. It proves Windows 7 Wallpapers, Software and Tips for free.

I have tried many ways to improve the rank in Google, but it doesn't work.

And i have no money to ad it, so i have no idea about it now.

Can you tell me how do you submit your site to Google search engine?

Thank you every much!

PS:What i want to do contains that when somebody search things my site have, my site would appear in the first page, I know it's difficult but I'm trying.

You don't have to submit your site to search engines let the search engines find your site.

Based on your answer to Newton360 I think you are the right one for me to ask this : If a site has been successfully submited to Yahoo or any other search engine is it now officially on the whole web and available for Google to catch it at some point ?

Richard 1937 withdraws the question he asked above . According to Search Engine Watch the answer is a definite yes . As a ClickBank Affiliate whose hoplinked site does not exist on the web until some search engine accepts it this is important to me .

Thank you Meledy20 . Would you please go a little bit further and define "keep" . Born in 1937 , I am an analog person , and I am finding that words sometimes have a different meaning in the digital world .

Take the help of professional submission service who offer guaranteed results in a specified period of time. You may end up in a mess while trying to do it yourself.
