Dofollow and Nofollow

As you know nofollow backlinks gift not move any pagerank to outbound links.But i heard is several places that nofollow backlinks yielding a puny relation of pagerank to outgoing links but this ratio is real smaller than dofollow ones.
Whats your content some it?
