Well the question is, are people really on these social bookmarking sites to actually do social things or just post there own nonsense to get a backlink. I do believe in social networking sites...but social bookmarking sites..not really for traffic anyway.

Like public bookmark submitting is excellent with regards to getting visitors and it do helps in increasing keywords. Other then that, public media is excellent for getting brings and do turn in some prospects.
