SEOArbiter is right Matt Cutts is the one to follow. He regularly posts on his blog and you know it is good information to help you. Google are keen to help people optimise their websites rather than hinder you. They won't review your website in person but they do set out guidelines to help.

The article is really useful, I think this article show that building a community will be the future SEO to pull traffic, it may be through some social networking sites or related to that.
