What to do when dropped from Google SERP?

I have a domain that matches the one that enjoys the 22nd position in the Google SERP. Plus, I also updated the site with quality content. I even included adsense as well as submitted a sitemap to Google. However, my site is not seen in Google SERPs. Whenever I type "site:<domain>", I do not get any result. Now, I am wondering whether the problem occurred because I incorporated content and adsense and submitted the sitemap. If that is the case, then what should I do to get my website on Google SERPs? I am hoping to get some feedback from you guys.

it might be because they have more banklics than you , ie more site linking to your site

sign up to sites like facebook and link your site to theres...

Have thought about the sandbox if your site is new or penalty by Google because you have the same domain?

2. Keep getting backlinks
3. Or you can forget it and built another one

If you have not been using the Google Webmaster Tools perhaps it is the time to begin adding your website there and enjoy numerous options provided to you by the Google team. I really do not think addition of sitemaps or AdSense units to the websites would cause possible problems.

Three possibilities
1- Your site got banned by Google
2- Sandbox if your site is new
3- URL duplication issue( I suffer from this once same thing)

Sometimes drop in rank may be temporary deu to google dance.
It may be due to many other reasons also to keep rank stable
1. Keep adding keyword optimized contents
2. keep linkbuilding
3. buy some links form paid directories.
4.Add a blog if you don't have

if your website keyword ranking down than do more off page submission and update website content.
