Why do you like Google?

Google is the best search site, and also includes many good tools (like statistics, gmail, google reader etc) for free. They have also made it possible to advertise for small amounts with good target rate, and on the other hand made it possible to earn money for individuals with only a simple website.

However, Google is still too much hit-and-miss/trial-and-error with their "enterprise" tools....
