Backlinkwaatch is the best tool for checking back links. Its the most accurate one as well. I am using it from past quite some time and i am very much satisfied with its performance so far. And i don't think there's any other tool better then back link watch.

The most accurate tool for displaying Page Rank is the Google Toolbar. Since it comes from Google, who created PR, it is the most accurate indicator of how Google ranks a specific web page. I also use SeoQuake toolbar or prchecker site to check the PR of my site.

The best tool for checking PR is Google PR checker. As it is the best and most accuaret one as PR is also by google's and PR tool is also from google so its the most accurate.

I have been using seoquake firefox extention . I find it relevant and pretty useful and guess its quite famous as well for its services .

There are many tools that you can use for checking PR like, PR checker, PR checking tool, iwebtool etc through these you can check PR but, I always prefer Google toolbar that you can easily install through Firefox and get the options of tools from where you can check PR tool and can apply on it.
