I have been making efforts towards learning SEO for the past three months. Ultimately I have been successful in changing my site’s pagerank. This has made me very happy.

I own a webmaster blog and it helps me earn a bit by selling links and blog posts on it. It does not get much traffic though.

This thread was started 5 years ago, when PR perhaps was considered of more importance than it is today.
My main site is 9 months old and is PR4, my secondary site is 3 months old and is PR3.

Whenever they feel like it. Last year it was about every three months, but in 2010 there was only one update all year.
