Try Keyword Discovery or Wordtracker. But for me, Google Adwords is still the best.

Wordtracker - Their free tool has a limit of 100 results.

Keyword Discovery - The disadvantage is that this tool has a noisy database

SEO Book Keyword Research Tool - This tool gives exactly the same results as Wordtracker

you can also try SEO book keyword tool (but google keyword tool is still the best)
