The better optimization
The better optimization is using 4%- 5% of keywords in the content of the body tag. If the page is added with keywords more than this specific limit, it may be treated as spam.

If you Google the topic of keyword density, you will see suggestions ranging from two percent to twenty percent. In reality, as search engines have evolved, the role of keyword density has become a less important factor in how search engines determine the rankings of their results. So following a natural way of SEO content copywriting is far better than following the mathematics and writing a copy for the search engines.

Keywords throughout the page can not be more than 10 words, but you can do the articles around the keywords

Reason: Removed last part. You can only have signature once rules are met.

There is much talk about the keyword density of a web page. The bottomline here is that there is no thumb rule regarding the keyword density in a website, mainly because the search engines change their algorithms frequently. Also, different search engines allow a different keyword density. So, while a more than 2% keyword density is considered spamming by Google, MSN and Yahoo allow a liberal 5% keyword density in a web page. While some search engines attach more importance to keywords in your title, meta tags and web copy, Google - the most important search engine, searches for keywords in your web page text.

In determining keyword density when I am writing an article for my blog, what I do is that I put my main keyword (phrase) once per paragraph. This means that if my article has 10 paragraphs, my main keyword (phrase) will be mentioned 10 times.

We should have targeted keywords with few different titles for 1 keyword! It will be more natural!

Don't have keyword in your content too much. just emphasize the keywords with <h1> or <strong> or <b> tag. Google will see that your keywords are important in that content.

Right, yo have to avoid keyword stuffing by doing these things. A proper selection of keywords and an appropriate keyword density can bring your more relevance, thus more targeted traffic.
The proper density of keywords is said to be between 2% to 5%.

The higher the density of your keywords the more relevant your page will be.
For a good site structure, there can be 3 to 7% major keywords and 1 to 2% minor keywords.
