Topping The SERP With Google News!

Hi friends!
I really do not know whether optimizing a content for Google News helps a website in the long run to get good rank in the serp. But the rumor is abuzz in the market that Google gives importance to it. I want to know what other member thinks about it?

Google News is a very useful resource to online news seekers. It seems to get more and more useful as time goes on.

For example, they just started incorporating real-time search suggestions into news queries. Publishers should embrace such a tool (Google News) that users themselves embrace, and can ultimately gain them more traffic.

Well it will depends on the site that you are handling, for me news in a my site doesn't gives me a big advantages to get a good rank...

i don't think so, Optimizing a content for Google News would not help a website

You can try Google news to your website's blog. But, I think, it does not affect the serp. It brings only traffic to your blog. And your website's nature also affect for this.

content should be genuine. You content neds to give some information not for optimization your company and products.

If you do it well, you will get more trackbacks so you got bigger oppotunity to promote your ranking in SERP, news resources always got high rank.

It might be good for traffic but can not effect on SERP. Could anyone tell me how can i submit my site news in Google...
