Default For Affiliate Managers

Hey guys and gals,

As an Affiliate Manager are you finding more success working with international or domestic affiliates. I receive a lot of affiliate sign ups from both and want to receive some feedback on who has been more productive for your campaign.

Regards,

I'd love to share some stats with you on this topic, but I need to get an affiliate program up and running first! Would you mind telling me what affiliate software, program, or script you use? I'm very interested in setting up one of my own, but my programming knowledge is limited. I'm perhaps an intermediate at php programming.

I don't think the location will change much what's important is their size and how much coverage they give you.

You better of being on the homepage of a small website than an unseen subpage of a big website.

Hi Rob,

Idevaffiliate is a decent software. At least a good place to start.

There are many others our there as well but Idevaffiliate is easy to use, inexpensive, and easily manages 2-tiered programs

when we were looking for software, idev was the one we went with, and when it came down to it, it was either that or jrox, both seemed like top-notch software

also, webmasterchecks is a good for the affiliate payment side

IMO, you will need to do some research on your visitors to find out which will work best. On sites with smaller traffic CPA usually works better while CPM and CPC will perform better on larger sites.

My advice is you try each type of ad to see which performs better on your site.
