301 redirect - another sandbox question

I read on several other forums tips from site owners who were getting out of the sandbox almost instantly. This is what they say they do:

1. create a page on another domain they own
2. the page will mirror the index page of the sandboxed site
3. they wait for the page to be indexed by google which should be pretty quick on a site that gets visited regularly by google
4. once the page is indexed, they 301 redirect it to the real site thus appearing as though the site has moved permanently.

Has anyone ever tried this? Has it worked for anyone?

I know this works.Because i know people who has done this before.I dont recommend doing this because it makes your website banned by google.

If the content of the original site is of a similiar subject you should be alright... tread carefully here though.

These things come under Black hat seo techniques and will be caught one day or the another ,so its best to avoid.
