I think, It due to Google Panda 3.4 update. It impacted about 1.6% of search results via Panda, announced by Google.

I think your website is effected with penguin update. are you doing mass submission?, or keyword stuffing in your website? then stop spamming and follow Google penguin update am sure that your website will be achieve the previous ranking soon.
