Update of Google Page Rank

There appears to have been an update of Google PR. Most of my websites seem to have 'held their own', or moved up a few points. I hope the update has been just as kind to others.

Many of my best have Pr2 and they are predicted as Pr5, Google should update there pagerank as fast as possible.

My blog has reach pr 3 from pr 2.I have not done any major seo only put a sitemap and also blog more often.
I think that the spiders like fresh food.

There is no such thing as a good pr predictor, also since the last pr update was last month its probally just the tail of the updater that your seeing.

Google updates page rank rates for every 3 months.Most important think to get high page rank is backlinks.Also fresh content is very important.

I am waiting for next google Page Rank update which occurs approximately every 3 months. Therefore, I am trying to get nice links to my sites.

I came to know that Google has changed policy for google PR Update. They will do it randomly to push right sites and people up. I think they will make it a constant effort and sites with fake stuff will go out of this race.

My name shows up almost #1 under "temporary webmaster" on google but not on yahoo

That's nice to see you rank for your chosen phrase/keyword, that's if that is your chosen phrase obviously.

Just in case anybody wants to know, it now looks as if the Toolbar Page Rank or PR for last month and this month has not updated yet. It seems it will also not be updating in the next couple of days or even the next couple of weeks.

Matt Cutts has apparently spoken on another large webmasters forum saying something like "Google is working on updating their algorithms. This should take a while, so the Toolbar PR is most likely to not be updated for at least a few days or even a couple of weeks."

You are absolutely correct.Google has finally crawled for page rank on the 25th night and I did benefit to a great extent.My pr for a couple of websites did increase .One had a pr of 3 which increased to 4 and one which didn't have a pr moved over to 2.Google had to do this as it faced severe criticism from all possible places about not crawling efficiently this particular year for PR updates compared to last year.So people who launched their websites this year or sometimes earlier are set to benefit as the next crawl will possibly be for backlinks followed by a combo crawl for PR and backlinks.I did want to post the link that would have explained all but my post count doesn't match the required criteria.
