Google has banned my account for promoting a wrong website? How to Find good Web

A couple of weeks back i started to promote an affiliate product (truthaboutabs) on google adwords. But even before i can start, google banned my account citing i have did not followed their rules. Later on they explained that it was because i was not promoting a good website. The problem was with the products on that website and google has received a lot of complaints about it.

Can anyone tell me how to find good websites which follow the rules and regulations of Google?

I think you should just have to review the product before you promote it.

You can contact by Google webmaster tool to Google but I am sure no body is there to reply you.
