Im sort of answering my own question here but im looking for reasurance.

i am currently trying to rank a whole abundance of keywords associated with our nieche and i have got about 10 words out of 50 within the top 10 and the rest of the 50 on page 2.

when i check these against google keyword tool there all deliver around 400-1500 per keyword in the exact match.

so from upping these results from 0 ranking to within the top 10 (most sitting around the 2-7 mark) i should be seeing atleast a small amount of increase in traffic from this?

i have been tracking the progress in analytics and i have noticed a rise in visitors from 2000-2200 per month over the course of 6 months with bounce rates around 35%.

am i on the right track or should i be seeing a larger rise in traffic as not only will i be climbing for my keywords but additionally i will have the halo effect.

any thoughts?
