I know the basic differences between seo and adwords in that seo has the benefits of costs savings as well as where it appears on the page. At this point though I'm trying to find the direction that will give me the best results and bring more viewers to my website but not lose a ton of money in the process. Can anyone spell out the more specific differents between seo and adwords and give me a suggestion as far as which direction I should go??
SEO or Search engine optimization is process to increase visibility on appropriate keywords in Google and also in other search engines. It shows in normal search results. While Google adwords is Google's ads services which appears beside(right side) of normal search results in Google.
Financial issues could be among the biggest differences because usually the reason why companies and tens of thousands of webmasters commence to work on SEO tasks is because of affordability of the plans compared with direct forms of web advertisements and PPC solutions. Of course one issue needs to be mentioned in here and that is concerning getting results because AdWords can help generating solid traffic shares for sites.
If you take a close look at procedures adopted and used by companies that manage even top-ranking websites on Google, you will find them using PPc programs as well because even having a top-performing site on Google does not mean having the entire traffic shares generated and distributed online. Using AdWords can lead to generating targeted traffic for sites, building better business projects, improving sales and profits.
I am quite sure that there are lots of good things that SEO could do for my current online site and this is what has driven me to be really interested in this site.
Quality SEO should be your long term strategy, but it won't work in the short term for any competitive term. AdWords, however, can bring you immense traffic right away. Be sure to set a daily AdWords limit or you can be out a lot of money quickly!
