Guys i have a question regarding GOOGLE optimization!

I am an seo by profession, now days working on a website the domain of the website is on .com.au and client wants to get optimized on GOOGLE Australia i am working on it since a month but no results found?? give your advice plz
Related info
1) This site is indexed properly.
2) The META of site is configured properly.
2) Site has no plagiarism issues.
3) This website is seems to be like seo friendly.
4) Directories of the website are ok.

Kindly do reply, want to figure it out.
