Natural Linking

As readers of this column know, links play an incredibly important role in rankings. While a search engine can scan the contents of a web page and get a good idea regarding the topic of a web page, this isn't sufficient because it doesn't provide the right type of signals to indicate which pages are the most important ones for any given topic (i.e., of web pages on the same topic, who to rank first, second...).

No matter what technique you use for building links for your site just make sure that those links are coming from niche related websites.

Just post good content on your site and the links will come naturally. The link exchange strategy is not very effective. I think Google will ignore this type of partnership between sites.

i think SMO - is the way people reposting your content
they don't know about your site, but i'm sure that you have more than 100 friends on facebook or followers on twitter.
post there your interesting content, and if there no backlinks after that, i can disappoint you: your content is not interesting for readers

So far I was thinking link exchanging with others are good for getting traffic. In this article, but people expressed that natural incoming links are the only best means for traffic.That is a new information for me.

Do you really think what you are writting ? Suppose that there are 100 websites with the same subject ... not all ot them can be on the first page in the same time ! Each one is a good page, is related exactly to the same keywords so they must trick google to be the first ! Simple as that !

It goes without saying your blog or site should have lots of capacity in place. Keeping the number of affected links to a minimum would be a good guideline.

You took the words right out of my mouth. If people took half the energy they devote to tricking Google into developing their content they wouldn't have to worry about their SE placement, and they wouldn't have to worry about getting caught and banned. it does seem that Google is getting smarter in catching this, especially with porn links that used to get front page listings for completely unrelated keywords.

yeah i also think that content is the king in seo but in my opinion link exchange is not a bad task as it helps a lot in getting high page rank. In case of link exchange we have to keep in mind page rank and relevancy factor of backlinks.

let allow users to comment on your blog post.Mostly Commentators will use the same words which you have posted in the blog. That will mean more instances on the key phrase on the page and so that your site will be found on the SERP for those keywords.

In my opinion, just post content with relevant information and relevant place and also do not use any black hat techniques. By this way you can get natural link.

For natural linking, On page techniques like meta tag, title tag, relevant keywords and many more and off page techniques like forum posting, blog commenting, article submission and many more are important for natural linking.

It is always a best idea to avoid the link exchange programs. For such cases, Google can penalise a website. Building links is one of the best options.
