How to get more traffic on site

Hi All,

I have one site grbrains and we have done all things (SEO) like submission, social bookmarking, article etc. But we can't get more traffic.

So can you give us some suggestions for that?

We are waiting for expert’s advice.

may b your keyword lost searches try other keyword which has good monthly searches

If you get more traffic to your site then you should have good quality content in your site.First of all you earn the traffic and then getting it.The people who have been a long in the business have earn their reputation.Last if they setup blog,you can rest assured thet their blog can receive lots of traffic.

We always says that for traffic do networking, link exchange etc etc but with out having good content on site that all is waste.

I went through your website and found excessive placement of anchor text all over your website.
Excessive anchor text placement leads to over optimization of a website and Google might penalize you for it and this is maybe the reason of your site not getting traffic.
Here are some tips for improving traffic
-Writing keyword rich content
-Write a blog and keep it alive with catchy content
-Optimizing your meta tags
-Get quality backlinks
-Publishing your content on social networking websites and leaving a hyperlink
-Video marketing
-Participate in online forums
All these techniques also helps you in improving your SERP rankings and hence organic traffic.
I would like to discourage you for article writing since it involves a lot of duplicate content and many article sites got affected by the recent panda update which was Google campaign against duplicate content.

There are lots of other way for generating traffic.. like: social networking( Facebook, Twitter, Myspace etc,) mailing and Google adwords...

If you get more traffic to your website, then you should have quality content for your own site.First all traffic that is earned, and then convince people who have been in it.The time a company must earn a reputation.Last if the installation of a blog, you can be sure that blog can get a lot of traffic.

if you keywords are ranking well on SERP's then you are targeting wrong keyword. do a good keyword research and do social networking with digg, stumbleupon, reddit. they are good source of traffic.

According to me, Your keyword research is not good or choosing less traffic keyword . so first you choose high search volume keywords and having these keywords less competitive then do onpage and promote it. I hope you will get more traffic on these keyword.

In order to improve the PR of your website.
Go for most searched Keywords in the particular domain..
Keep on updatin content,after a particular timespan.
Try to have more and more back links in your website..

SEO is not magic. It takes time to show results. Keep adding quality content and also keep doing link building to get good ranking then you will good amount of traffic.

Blog posting, blog guesting, blog commenting and creating squidoo lenses are also great means of getting backlinks.
