dropping Google PR

I can't figure out the problem, What is the major reason of dropping Google PR of my website?

May be Change in the Algorithm of Google Search Engine.

May be Loss of Page Rank and Link Popularity.

May be Detection of Malware and hacking by Google.

There are many reasons behind that like not quality contents, quality back links, spamming and many more. If you want to increase the PR than you have to get the many quality back links and traffic and don't do spamming.
