Google named certified partner : erankings

hi i am inquiring about Google AdWords Certified Partner thing
i am searching on the background of a company called erankings, and found an image on thier website saying "Google AdWords Certified Partner" erankings.net
following the link on the image, i landed on a page with the address
adwords.google.com/professionals/profile/org?id=017922709876986209609
i guess from my own experience that "google.com" at the main domain means that this page is really hosted by Google
if this is true, i would give it a try, as i used to manage my own campaign but i have no more time to manage my business so i am quitting adwords by myself
a friend told me they know Google more than i do or they wouldn't get certified by Google itself
at least they know how to manage the account
i am subscribing to the post, as i need a fast answer plzzzzzzzzzzzzz
the reason why is they are offering me promotions to take advantage of, and of course i want

i did find their certification by going to Google partner search page
adwords.google.com/professionals/search/
and i did lookup their name
i got this advice from a Google Adwords Forums Administrator
and "E Rankings Inc." comes out as a result in Google AdWords Certified Partners

well, it's been 2 weeks so far, everything doing good...
i talked to few of their existing clients and they said the same about erankings delivering good service for two years for them
so i think you should use it if you are really willing to be online whether it's business or personal website you want to promote
