I think its just wasting money. If you can promote your website yourself, then why to go for google adwords. At the initial stage of your business, I would prefer to promote your website through online free methods like social bookmarking, directory submission, ad posting, classified posting etc.

I think u just do simple seo. Get some traffic from search engine still u don't sell your product then go for PPC. otherwise its usless.
