does adwords has a limited impressions

does adwords has a limited impressions if i say i have keyword say web design company and it has
246000 searches per month means 246000 impression per month for the websites if all those impressions are consumed and are alotted to advertisers and there is no space for upcoming advertiser what google will do if that happens.

i am asking this question because i have no impression avaliable for one my keyword so i am increasing the budget but impression not comming is there a thing that impressions for me are not available.

i dont think so there is any limitation of ad impression. expect traffic on that keywords.
