$100 Google Adwords Reward

Dear All,
Recently i found message at my Google Analytics account inbox from google. It's look like they gave promotion code for $100. But when i try to create my Adwords account with old Google Analytics account, they said that my account was too old. Can anybody tell me how to activate my coupon?

Generally these adwords coupons are only valid for new account.

I am wondering if we can close our old account and open a new fresh account with this coupon (just a thought)
