Default Very bad adwords customer service

I had some issues with my adwords account. For some reason, adwords automatically enabled auto-tagging which added "?gclid =xxxxxxxx' to the landing pages and was never told about it. I have a PHP e-commerce site, the gclid was making the page to go in French (default) instead of English (I was targeting US customers...).

We asked them for a credit but they answered us that the analytics code on our page was not correct (it was copied paste directly from their website), supposely the code is different for dynamic website but nowhere it was said.

Anyhow, we are spending around 2000$ monthly with Adwords. When its time to pay they are quite fast but support is terrible.
They just answered me with copied pasted emails, whatever I was writting them they were replying the same thing and it takes over 24h to get an answer. Well if I was spending 20$ per month I wouldnt complain about this kind of support but at 2000$ monthly I expect blazing fast and custom replies...

Anybody knows if the support is in US or India?

Feel free to share your bad experience with Adwords support here

Marc

Default I feel your pain

Wish I could be more encouraging... but, all I can say is "I feel your pain!"

I've had exactly the same type of service from adwords - sorry to hear about your experience. I had the pleasure of filling out their customer survey - the feedback wasn't good I can tell you!

Go to google and get some of your own back by filling in the survey.

It's something at least! Hope your issues got resolved.

Where do I find the link to adwords customer support. i have a dead site and it makes no sense so I need to ask customer support what the deal is...
site has all 7/10 qs, exact matching ads and 3.00 bid for normal 1.19 keywords.. they do not say I am below min bid... but even though the ads exactly match the keyphrase and they say all my land pages ok and my load speed is ok.. i get Zero impressions.... they do not say volume too low to show.... they are hi busy key phrases..
I look around the account for a customer service button.... maybe they hide mine...
