Instant traffic.... should be called unintentional traffic. Basically it's a bunch of people going to your site and immediately leaving. Check your bounce rate.

I would never trust the quality of the traffic coming from them traffic buying packages things. Yep, you could give it ago, but if it's useless traffic like it's most likely to be, then it can damage your business if you have advertisers on your site that pays via CPM.
