If you want instant traffic buy abandoned domain names with traffic. Make sure that your site niche is relevant to the site running on that domain name.

Never ever trust companies that claim to sell traffic. They either are scams or bring you untargeted trasffic through pop ups...These trafics will not bring any sale to your sites...

I would also venture in reciprocal linking - not for SEO, but for traffic reasons.

They give your link to a website that pays users to click on your link and stay on your site for 10 seconds, whether you can persuade that user to stay on your site or not is up to you but overall they are scams

The thing that I was havin' a problem with, was "spiffin" up the homepage of my site, to catch peoples eyes. I realized most people like videos, flashing objects, something that will catch their attention. I also went snoopin' around for a different way to get traffic, than everyone else, and found this site "Noobing". I signed up about 2 months ago, and it's doing pretty well. I had to pay a little fee in the beginning, but haven't paid a penny since. Basically pays for itself.

My site isn't for a business, but has to do with Computer Software/Hardware help, and I calculate my downloads, instead of sales. Which I don't see a difference. My thing is trying to get people to notice my site, and realize how much it could help them, so the more people that download, I calculate that as gettin' more "Sales". I added a "Greeter" to my homepage, so when you go to it, it asks you your name, you type it in, and it greets the person with "hey ___" in a message box. Honestly, just that little addition worked better than I thought it would. Maybe later on in the future, if I get enough people interested in the site, so I can take it to another step. Hope this helps.

hi all,

Here are some points i loved at a forum which i like to share with you all. I think this would really help us alot...

• The most important factor for traffic will be the content, if you have quality content, good and inspirational articles, Users will never take U turn from your website.
• These days most of the traffic on websites come from search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN etc. So you must use SEO tools to be ranked higher in these search engines for keywords relevant to your site. The right words in the right place can place your website to higher listings and get it seen more easily when people search.
• Money makes money. So spend some money and start some good advertising campaigns like google’s adwords, yahoo ads, adbrite etc. These ads will give your website immediate exposure.
• Increase the presence of your website on the World Wide Web, by getting backlinks. This will be also helpful in SEO of the website and increasing the page rank. Your link on other’s site will also fetch their traffic. Link-exchange will also be a good idea for widening the exposure of the website.
• Submit your quality content and articles on social networking and news websites like stumbleupon.com, del.icio.us, digg.com, reddit.com, netscape.com etc. These days webmasters are using Orkut.com communities for advertising their websites.
• Participate in forums like digitalpoint.com and make the link of your website your signature and post threads, replies etc.
• Make the url and slogan of your website your signature in your emails.
• Last but not the least, do some sort of ground marketing in the form of ads, posters, newspapers and tv ads etc. They will be also useful to attract new users.

All the best!!!

I would never trust those offers too. Although they look attractive and almost everywhere, but I don't believe them. I'm they are able to generate lots of visitors, why don't they promote their own products instead o selling those traffic?

Instant Traffic isn't something you'd get overnight. I mean, a tad bit of traffic overnight, 5-10 people, yes.. but these people are saying instant traffic, as in thousands. Scam central right there.

I do not know about these high traffic generating websites because I never use them. To get good traffic it is better to concentrate on SEO and Web 2.0 features.

Alot of those companys use hitbots etc. the best way is to take the time to do it yourself. with a blog or a site with heavy text and link trades. maybe buy some traffic from google or yahoo

Instant traffic can be generated through link exchange software.Youcan get almost 500 hits per 15hrs but the bounce rate would be high and yourwebsite will not gain popularity.

Hy! Kevster. The selection of right procedure to get a real traffic to a certain site is assumed like a strategy of a game. Detailed study is required for selection of right procedure.

At the instant the traffic light turns green, an automobile that has been waiting at an intersection starts ahead with a constant acceleration of 2.20 . At the same instant, a truck, traveling with a constant speed of 14.8 , overtakes and passes the automobile.

A free way to get instant traffic is by creating Craigs List adds for your company or products. Don't make them too spammy or they will get flagged. I run about 8 adds in targeted markets and it brings in about 30-50 visitors per day. The users are not high quality in terms of potential buyers but being a new website I will take any traffic I can get to increase my exposure.
