Well it looks like there is a Google algorithm update under way.
That means you will see a big change in the SERP's.

I highly doubt there will be any dramatic changes... google's algorithm is founded on PR, links to a site... panda or any other bear cannot change this fact... it won't be google anymore...

Google panda only count better links of a website which give attractive traffic.

I am not quite sure if my site's search engine ranking went down after the recent Google algorithm or not, but it has gone down almost significantly, from 3 to 10 for my main keywords. It's still on first page, however, it is not quite the same as being in the top 3 of the result. So now, I'm doubling my work to get back to where I was ranked before.

It did not affect my website because I have unique content uploaded to my website and it is not too much that it should be considered in Content Farms.

I think google panda had something to do with it... as long as your content is unique, then you need not to worry..

I would like to point that you have used RESENt instead of RECENt. Incorrect usage change the meaning of this post dramatically.
I love the recent Panda update.

Of course, Panda can influence your SERP rankings and it is influencing rankings of many big players. It hunt for duplicate content and as soon it discover some plagiarism in your content it will attack your pages and drop it from rankings.

Yes Google has updated its algorithm. If you have duplicate content and number of adsense on your site,then your site will be penalized by google and also get links from your theme related sites. don get more paid links from non theme related sites.

A client´s page has dropped (before we helped them). Two month later they got ranked on place 1-5 again.

Well as far as i m concern, the shock news is that Hulu may be up for sale is followed by even more sensational news that Google may be the buyer..Lets see whether its a truth or a myth.
