If your target is PR and traffic that leads to conversion then I would suggest optimizing long tail keywords.Add fresh content to your site on a daily basis ,perhaps link the site to a blog and create your brand.Submit articles to ezine,articlebase,make link wheels using web2.0 sites and participate in social networking sites.

There are tons of ways to promote it, first question you want to ask yourself is do you want quick traffic? You can buy traffic through PPc, media buys, etc. You can work on building your traffic, but this takes time.
