about money exchanging

Generally, i have a doubt if there is any money exchanger website that can provide services like exchanging money from moneybookers account to indian bank account..

i know that moneybookers account itself has the option of withdrawing money directly to bank account but my problem is my bank does not have SWIFT CODE AS the bank in my town is not a main branch..so it is impossible for me to withdraw money from my moneybookers account.

is there any money exchanger to exchange money from mb to indian bank account...has anyone tried it already...plz put your suggestions...
