article on outsourcing

I read an article today on people who outsource their outsourcing.

Basically, they find someone who will find others to do individual tasks from creating the design to article writing to SEO to promotion to management of affiliate programs.

Does anyone know if someone like this exists? What do you think you would pay someone to find these people?

This is common in outsourcing. The main call center outsourcing company guarantee the output and quality standard and they will look for manpower who will do the actual job even part time or fulltime.

Nothing different from retailers type of industry and the distributorship.

Mediation in everyday life is commonplace ...
In internet marketing, also ...
If you are not able to find yourself a suitable agency or person who would do the job for you, pay the agent to do for you ...

This raises the question of confidence in his choice...
But if you do not have the time or knowledge to do it yourself, I do not see another option ...

Very tough to take decision of payment without having the complete information.
